While out shooting the other night, I was faced with this very situation and started wondering what would other photographers do? Yes, it’s very situational type of question but generalize it and go with your gut answer (pun intended)!

This is means filing out the paperwork with the Copyright Office, not just putting the © symbol on your photos.
